On shinanaleppo.com you can pay with your credit/debit card, by bank transfer or cash on delivery in case of shipment to your address.
We only use the secure payment system Paypal.
ShinanAleppo.com does not store any data of your payment methods. Payment will be made on the Paypal portal where you can login (if you are already a registered user) or pay directly with your favorite cards.
All this is done on a secure platform through an encrypted and secure connection (https).

Do I have to register on PayPal?

Where can I find the invoice?
La fattura viene consegnata in formato cartaceo assieme al documento di trasporto ed al tuo ordine.
La fattura potrà anche essere inviata in un secondo tempo, su richiesta del cliente, tramite posta elettronica in un massimo di 2 settimane dalla spedizione dell’ordine.
Si ricorda che la fattura se richiesta non potrà essere modificata in nessun modo una volta emessa.

What are the shipping times?
The products are immediately available and orders are automatically processed, upon receipt of payment, at 23:00 CET on each working day. In the case of payment by bank transfer upon receipt of the amount (2 to 5 working days), in the case of cash on delivery payment upon order confirmation by e-mail.
What are the delivery times?
Deliveries are generally made within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday, some areas are covered by Saturday delivery).
For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, islands and disadvantaged or remote areas the times could vary up to 72/96 hours.
Delivery times for deliveries within the European Union range from 24 to 96 hours.
You will receive an email with your tracking code to check.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over €25.00 in Italy and €50.00 for the rest of Europe.
For lower orders, the cost depends on many factors such as: type of delivery (Standard or Express), weight/volume ratio and destination. You will be able to know the cost on the checkout page.
Please note that there may be cost variations for disadvantaged or remote areas. For these particular areas you may receive a request for an additional charge on the cost of transport.
